In this case, please review the following points if you want to return or exchange a product:
VI’DA New York will NOT provide an exchange simply based on change of mind. You must provide satisfactory proof of purchase and valid reason for exchange. In this case, the product that needs to be exchanged must be:
In saleable condition.
Unused and packed in its original packaging.
The exchange is sought within 7 Days of placement of order.
Note: VI’DA New York reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind.
You may have rights to an exchange if the product(s) received are faulty or damaged.
VI’DA New York will require satisfactory proof of purchase and damages before providing an exchange. A photo must be provided to the VI’DA New York team supporting the claim.
The exchange will be made with the original product(s), not with any other product(s).
Exchange is only applicable when the customer sends the product(s) back to VI’DA New York from a courier of their choosing.
You will be responsible for the return of shipping and handling charges (Do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.)
Products purchased on sale are not applicable to exchange.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
